Abstract

The study of Nursing is relatively new while experience has always been present. Wisdom can also be people's ability to act sensibly, prudently, or wisely. Too much prudence and wisdom but many of us agree that he was not right in some transcendent questions of our profession. Probably the circumstances forced it, the political/administrative system did it or the protagonists wanted it or got it. From the office of the management, from the lectern of the university or from an institutional position it is sometimes difficult to appreciate the needs of nurses, their concerns or demands.
