Abstract

After almost two years of health and social abnormality and political and managerial mediocrity due to SARS-COV-2 and the gang of useless people for whom there is no vaccine against ignorance, we were beginning to rethink an action program to be developed in 2022 and beyond, trying to recover the lost rhythm.
