Something is not being done right

Abstract

What I want to say and I am trying to convey, from my humble opinion as a free verse nurse in a provincial hospital, is that something is not being done right for many years and I think it is time for all and all those who to date have directly or indirectly articulated our interests to step aside for other nurses to build a future where Nursing is the true leader of care in the society in which we live.
